Is This Bar Discipline Worthy?

One of the Casey Anthony's defense lawyers, Cheney Mason, responded to television and news photographer cameras trying to intrude on the lawyers' post-trial supper with the pictured gesture.  Another lawyer filed a Bar complaint claiming the gesture reflects poorly on Florida lawyers.  You be the judge, fair comment by Mason?
